1. The Little Brick House

July '03 - about a week after we moved in. From this side it looks small - you can't see the addition that gives it a second floor.

4. The Pool

This pool came with the house, but fortunately for us, the previous owner wanted it. He removed it and seeded over the area.

It's gone and the grass is just starting to grow.

Ahhhhh.

7. Backyard and Shed

And an old swing. When we moved in, there was poison ivy growing up the maple trunk, but now that's gone.

8. Lilac Hedge

Well, it's a lot more than lilacs. This was before we had it trimmed. The guys who trimmed it were dreadful, and I can only hope it blooms next spring!

One cool fall morning, after a drenching rain, the fence steams in the sunlight.

From the deck we can see into and across our neighbor's backyard and the field that is beyond.
