This is my new weblog and it replaces the current entries in my online journal at my home site, Views and Interviews. That site consists mainly of essays about Buddhism and philosophical topics. In addition it contains an interview with a Shakuhachi (Japanese bamboo flute) master, and a section detailing the art and teaching of Bill Richards.

TypePad is much easier for me to use for journal entries than my home site. It's simpler to create entries, add photos, and manage the archives. However, I plan to continue to place my essays and any additional interviews I manage to do on my home site, while keeping the journal here. I'll also place excerpts of new essays here, and give some indication of new contents.
