Spring?

It is snowing.  I am disgusted.  We already have a foot and a half of snow on the ground from last Friday's storm. 

As that storm was starting I refilled our bird feeder, figuring the birds would need to stoke up for the coming bad weather.  Mid-day we noticed a lot of black birds in addition to our usual mix of small birds.  Then we realized they were red-wing black-birds migrating north - after all, it is spring - and having a hard time finding food in all the snow.

Once again I haven't been writing.  Once again I make a resolve to change.
