This prayer wheel spins out prayers to ease the sufferings of all beings. The mantra is that of Chenresi - the manifestation of perfect compassion.
"The mantra of compassion, Om Mani Padme Hum, is the sound of a compassionate heart. It is another name for the Buddha of compassion -- Chenrezi / Avalokiteshvara. Those who repeat it with this thought invoke and establish compassion in their minds and hearts. It is the sound of one’s own compassionate Buddha mind reaching out to every sentient being in every condition of existence."
May this prayer bring comfort to all who are suffering, whether after death, in injury or sickness, or in grief at the loss of loved ones, home, possessions.
